Welcome to the newest version of the Graymoor-Devondale website! We hope residents find this version more user friendly for those using mobile devices to find Graymoor-Devondale information.
Additionally, the City Council and I have been working for some time now to improve communication and transparency between the city government and all the residents. This is an important step, but the task has only begun. As time goes along, we may discover other important improvements that can be made to improve communication and provide information to residents.
I’m sure you’ll agree with me that our Graymoor-Devondale community is much more than a collection of separate homes. We are bound together in our common goals of having an attractive, safe place to live... a great place to raise our children and enjoy our neighbors. For this, we need good communication tools available to residents.
I encourage everyone to download the "Graymoor-Devondale" app to their smart devices. This type of app is used by many cities to communicate matters of importance in a timely manner. The app allows the city to send alerts that pertain to public safety or changes in services and public meeting times or location. Personal information provided by residents is not shared or sold to any other agencies.
City officials will do our best we can to keep residents informed. We provide important community information to residents and businesses on Graymoor-Devondale.com and send emails to those who provided their email address to the city by downloading the Graymoor-Devondale app or that have signed up to receive the Newsletter and emails from the city.
Also, I would like to encourage residents to use the city’s website when they need information about our city. While there are numerous online groups and sites that may offer information to residents, first check Graymoor-Devondale.com when in need of information about our city.
Lastly, we want communication to be a two-way street where you can send your ideas and concerns to the city. Please contact us at the city office by this website, phone, or e-mail. We welcome your thoughts for building a better community.
